Graceland Tattoo has a no children policy. Please make the necessary arrangements.

New York State law does NOT permit anyone under 18 to be tattooed, regardless of parental consent.

You must be 16 years of age to consent to a body piercing (excluding nipples and genitals).

Proper ID is required. If you are under the age of 16 parental consent is needed. Your parent or legal gaurdian must supply us with proper identification that will stay on file.
